Why you should order a Thyroid test online.

A Thyroid test includes T3, T4, and TSH in the body. T3 and T4 circulate in the blood bound and linked to molecules of protein. The free T4 and free T3 defines the bodys true thyroid levels.. Thyroid levels of free hormone act as the hormone present to react with receptors of cells in the body.

Below normal are thyroid levels in hypothyroidism. A lot of TSH is excreted by the pituitary thus increasing the TSH thyroid levels. A Thyroid test is performed when blood TSH thyroid levels are low, often kept down to levlels below 0.01 mIU per L, hyperthyroidism occurs. In the beginning stages of dysfunctional thyroid or medicine changes, thyroid level may appear normal in patients. Due to this, an FT3 and FT4 thyroid level test needs to be performed.

T4 is primarily produced in the gland of the thyroid with only small amounts of T3. In the liver, the majority of T3 present in the blood is made by conversion of T4 to T3.
